Our Engineering & Design Department produces estimates, erection drawings, material take-off sheets and design calculations using the latest software. Our Computer Aided Design (CAD) system enables us to manufacture to exact specifications quickly and accurately.
In addition, every inquiry undergoes a thorough documented review by our engineering Quality Assurance & Control and Production departments to ensure all customer-specified requirements are met.
This also helps identify any differences or contract anomalies, which can then be addressed and resolved with the client at an early stage, preventing possible costly delays later.
We fully understand the need for urgency and thus offer a prompt reliable service, from your initial enquiry right through to the delivery of the product.
The AL TILAL machining area is situated within one of our main bays, allowing the material for machining to flow through the workshop area in a safe, productive and timely manner, all the while being monitored by our QA/QC staff.
We have a wide variety of machines that include radial arm drills, universal center and turret lathes , punching machine and vertical boring machine,
Our various types of machines allow us to work on small and large items
All of our welding procedures are prepared, developed and qualified in-house by our QA/QC staff in accordance with the requirements of standard or to any additional international code and standard as directed by the client.
Our welders are all required to pass a 6G-qualification test using the Shielded Manual Arc Welding process. All welders' qualifications are continually monitored and strictly controlled by the QA /QC manager and welding inspectors.
We employ the latest welding machines which enable us to weld low and high carbon steels, stainless steel and others using a variety of processes which include Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), among others.
Preheating and post-weld heat treatment facilities can be provided upon request and are also subject to strict controls by our QA/QC staff.
Corrosion Control and Industrial Painting Services
